These Affiliate Program Terms ("Terms") apply to the Luxury Go Karts affiliate program offered at luxurygokarts.com/affiliate-program. By requesting a sign-in link, using your affiliate dashboard or sharing your affiliate link, you agree to these Terms.
1. Joining the Program
You join by entering your email address on our Affiliate Program page and clicking the sign-in link we send you. Your email address is your affiliate account; no password is required. You must be at least 18 years old to take part.
We may decline, suspend or close any affiliate account at our discretion, including if these Terms are not followed.
2. Commission
You earn a commission of 6.9% of the price of the products in each qualifying order, after any discounts and excluding shipping, taxes and other fees. Commissions are calculated automatically and shown on your affiliate dashboard.
3. Qualifying Orders
An order qualifies when it is placed and paid within 90 days after the customer clicks your affiliate link. If the customer clicks more than one affiliate link, the most recent link receives the credit. The following do not earn a commission:
• Orders placed by you or using your email address
• Orders that are cancelled, refunded, returned or that fail payment
• Orders placed before the customer clicked your link
• Orders we cannot attribute to your link, for example because the customer blocked or deleted cookies
• Shipping, taxes and other fees on any order
Attribution is based on our records.
4. Pending Commissions and Your Balance
A commission appears on your dashboard as Pending once the order is paid. It moves to your current balance 30 days after we mark the order as delivered, which matches our 30-day return window.
If an order is cancelled, refunded or returned before its commission is paid, the commission is cancelled. A partial refund reduces the commission accordingly. If a commission has already been paid on an order that is later refunded or returned, we may deduct that amount from your future commissions.
Your balance is a record of the commissions you have earned. It is not store credit, has no cash value until it is paid to you, cannot be used at checkout and cannot be transferred.
5. Withdrawals and Payments
You may request a withdrawal of your full current balance from your dashboard and choose how you would like to be paid from the payout methods listed there. We review each request and pay it manually. We will email you when your payment has been sent, and your dashboard will show it as paid.
We may need to confirm your identity or payout details before paying. For bank transfers, wire transfers and cheques we will contact you to collect the details we need. Any fees charged by your bank, payment app or wallet provider for receiving a payment are your responsibility.
6. Taxes
You are responsible for any taxes that apply to the commissions you receive. Where required by law, we may ask for tax information (for example, IRS Form W-9) before paying you, and we may issue tax forms (for example, Form 1099) for the commissions we pay.
7. Promoting Luxury Go Karts
When you share your affiliate link, you must clearly disclose that you earn a commission on purchases, for example with "#ad" or "I earn a commission if you buy through my link." You agree not to:
• Make false or misleading claims about our products, prices, speeds, warranty or policies (use the information on our Website)
• Promote our go karts for use on public roads; they are for private property use only
• Send spam or unsolicited messages
• Bid on "Luxury Go Karts" or similar terms in paid search advertising
• Create websites, social accounts or ads that could be mistaken for ours
• Publish discount codes we have not given you
• Use bots, paid clicks, cookie stuffing or any other method that generates artificial or misleading referrals
8. Fraud, Suspension and Ending Participation
We may cancel commissions and suspend or close affiliate accounts involved in fraud, self-referrals, misleading promotion or any breach of these Terms. You may stop taking part at any time. Commissions that become available in your balance will still be paid, unless they are cancelled under these Terms.
9. Our Relationship
You take part as an independent affiliate. Nothing in these Terms makes you our employee, agent or partner, and you may not make promises or commitments on our behalf.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms or the commission rate from time to time. Changes apply to orders placed after the updated Terms are published, and we will update the "Effective date" at the top of this page.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with the affiliate program is limited to the commissions that are due to you under these Terms.
